We are thoroughly enjoying our new Bosch refrigerator. My only suggestion for future design is that you enable the owner to increase the volume on the "door open" signal. Too often, it is so soft that we cannot hear it. My husband has a brain disorder that causes him to leave a lot of things open, or not fully closed, so this is important. I know I have the app, but I don't always have my phone near me.

This refrigerator is superior to our old (7 years old) one in many ways. Although the exterior demensions are similar, the Bosch holds so much much more. It runs much colder. The ice maker's ice is clearer and smoother. The items on the shelves don't fall off when near the front of the shelve. The drawers are much larger. The inside doors hold so much more than the previous one. The spoilage of dairy and vegetable items has been eliminated. The interior lighting is brighter. Finally, the refrigerator is quieter. Although the sale price was a little more expensive, it was well woth it.

Unfortunately, this refrigerator, now 6 months old is still not operting proerpty. Towson appliance, your folks who handle cliams has been to my unit a least 4 times and it still is not working properly. I stronly suggrest you speak to them as to what the problem is. I also expect that under the circumstances you will extend your normal 1 year waranty to at least 2 years

Got a great deal at Lowe's--$2,600 when the sticker was $3,200. The fridge has plenty of space, an amazing freezer, and is connected to my wifi so I can control its specs from a world away if need be. Icemaker works fine, though I wish the cubed ice was an actual cube...though no fridge icemaker I've ever owned has done that. Filter is very easy to replace, which is a massive improvement on the old filters located at the bottom of the fridge which were torture to replace. Simply a great machine that I still don't take for granted a month after purchase...

Overall, we love this fridge. I do have to comment on a defect, which I saw others have also. The ice maker every once in a while will not dump its ice. The solution is to unplug, plug back in (or cut the breaker) and immediately the ice maker starts working again. Others have mentioned this "work-around" to get it working again. This week marks the 3rd time this has happened in the 7 months owning the refrigerator.

Our fridge died. There are waitlists for appliances everywhere. So I called our local appliance shop, gave the dimensions, and asked what they could deliver ASAP. This was one of maybe 3 or 4 options. We picked it because we have previously had good luck with Bosch appliances. It is an excellent box for keeping our food from spoiling. And the ice and water through the door are very convenient, and taste better than our unfiltered well water. I wish the little condiment fences in the door were higher, but I probably should spend less on those anyway, because who really needs a $20 jar of walnuts in red wine honey?

This is our first French door refrigerator bottom freezer and we love the space that it provides. It is so easy to see everything so nothing gets lost/forgotten about. The only negative is that there is no ice holding compartment but I haven't had a problem with the amount of ice that it is able to make. We'll see how it does after the holidays this year!

After 6 service calls in a year, we have to wait for it to break again before they will exchange the fridge. The ice maker works on occasion, it will stop working and have an E2 Code, then start working for a few days again. It just happened to be that on the 6th call it started working again the day before the tech arrived. So we will have to hope that next time it breaks, which it will, it will stay broken until the tech gets here which is anywhere from 3-6 weeks from when you request service. I have owned cheap samsung and whirlpool fridges that had better reliability. I just wanted to upgrade to what I thougth was a higer end appliance when we built our home. I do not recommend this product.

I wish we could return this fridge. It's very pretty, but the counter depth doesn't work - it hits our countertop when the door is open fully because the door doesn't swing out from the refrigerator far enough. The drawers in the refrigerator don't open and close correctly and keep getting stuck. The doors of both the fridge and freezer don't close easily and the alarm to alert that doors are open is so quiet you can barely hear it. It's basically pointless to have an alarm because it is so quiet. For some reason, the water dispenser aims inward, making filling a tall bottle with a narrow opening impossible. I am so very unhappy with this refrigerator and would not recommend it to anyone.

There is much to like here: sleek design, great lighting, good amount of space. BUT... the ice maker keeps freezing over without rhyme or reason and the fridge doors can spring back open if not closed with care. The alarm system, which works great for the freezer compartment, does nit catch this. I suspect the two problems are related.

This is a great counter depth option. It's very sleek in stainless steel. The ice maker/water dispenser is great. It even offers a bottle fill option. Having the freezer on the bottom is very convenient and it offers a lot of space and easy access. The inside of the refrigerator itself is sleek and offers a lot of storage space and easy repositioning of shelves. The only downfall and why I didn't give 5 stars is that the bottom drawer that spans the width of the refrigerator seems a bit flimsy and requires opening both sides of the fridge and using two hands to pull open the drawer. Otherwise, extremely happy with the purchase. Also, it is extremely quiet. You can't hear it running at all which is a great little bonus.

There is a noise that comes on about 30 seconds not sure what it is but is annoying. Not enough room for tall items such as soda bottles. Big negative is that the right door will not close on its own you have to make sure it's shut by pushing it.

I purchased a Bosch fridge after reading so many great reviews. So happy with everyone's input. I had to replace a malfunctioning (brand name) fridge after 5 years. The Bosch fridge looks so nice and sleek sitting in my kitchen and goes great with my modern look cherry cabinets. Love the French door features and how well lit the interior is, much appreciated. And it so easy to slide in and out of its position to clean behind! Bosch certainly will have a returning customer when it comes time to buy other applicances.

This Bosch Refrigerator is a BIG disappointment. The ice maker does not work properly and is in fact inferior to my old GE side by side. The appliance is grossly overpriced. The inside features are poorly designed. Given the extensive exterior size of this appliance, there is actually very little inside refrigerator space. The veggie drawer is very shallow and you can't get any reasonable size veggies in it. I would absolutely NOT recommend this refrigerator. Look else where and buy another brand. This one is not worth the $3500+ price tag!

We love our Bosch refrigerator. The simple styling with clean lines fits our decor perfectly. The refrigerator has excellent adjustable storage and produces massive amounts of ice considering the ice maker is not in the freezer portion of the unit. The freezer also has a bin for storing ice, which we have used before having large gatherings at our home. Just like our Bosch dishwasher, the unit is so quiet you can't tell it is running.

I'm in my 70s and as such have purchased and owned approximately 8 refrigerators in my lifetime. These have included just about every brand I can think of at this point. My Bosch refrigerator is by far my favorite. The way the interior space is designed allows for maximum amount of food with the best organization and functionality that I've ever had. The food seems to stay fresh when it's in the proper compartments, the water and ice feature works perfectly, and it's very sleek and attractive. It's not as fancy looking as some of my other refrigerators but I'd like the simplicity of its look, it's clean sleek lines, and most of all its functionality. Thanks Bosch.

We purchased this refrigerator for our new build. Due to Covid, we purchsed our products in December 2020 so that we would be sure to have them when needed. We moved into our new home in August of 2021. In October of 2021 the unit stopped making ice and we contacted the repair service suggested by Bosch, Coastal Appliance in South Carolina. They have been wonderful and I'd recommend them highly. Ty, the technician, tried to repair the ice maker and it worked for a short period of time. In November of 2021 it stopped making ice again. A new ice maker was ordered and installed end of November of 2021. Now, just 6 months later, the same problem is recurring. Coastal Appliance has again been here and they tried to free up all the frost on the inside of the ice maker. So far, it is working but this problem doesn't give me confidence in this unit. What happens when the warranty is gone? I was told by a Bosch representative that the warranty on the ice maker is good for one year from the date of installation so that is, at least, a plus. Perhaps there is a technical problem with the ice maker being in the refrigerator and not in the bottom where the freezer is located. The unit itself is nice looking but having the ice maker break two times within 10 months certainly is not a good sign.

Very nice fridge that keeps food at the right temps. Excellent design adds a bit of capacity for counter depth units. But the doors don't always close and the door alarm is so quiet it's hard to hear. Would have been nice to have adjustable alarm level. Another nit is that the interior drawers are hard to open with one hand. Overall, does the job and looks nice.

We built a new house we moved in May 2 Our brand new Bosch appliances were delivered the same day. We woke up on May 26th to a flood in our kitchen. I opened the refrigerator water came flooding out our food was floating. I had never seen anything like it . Bosch sent out a repairman, he called them and said this is not fixable please replace it. Since May 27th we have sent them all required documentation andto date we have sent it to them 5 times. Today I receive an email requesting the same information!! I am sick of their lack of service. Our brand new house now has mold due to this faulty refrigerator. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BOSCH. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I love Bosch appliance. Dependable, stylish, highly functional. The only thing i would change about this is the doors, both exterior and interior. The exterior doors need to be switched to have the latch close on the left side instead of the right side, as the right side is the more functional door with more door space. I find myself opening the right door way more often than the left door, and more moving parts means more likely to wear out. The interior doors are a little janky, could be better with just a little kajiggering I believe. Other than those two small complaints, I love the fridge. It's sleek, great at making ice, super quiet, got cold really quickly after installation. Great product, just needs a little ease-of-use adjustments.

When our refrigerator/freezer died in our kitchen, we thought we would have to wait months to get a new one thanks to "supply chain" issues. When we went to the appliance store, our first criteria was whether or not the item was in stock. There were a couple of options and knew we did not want GE which was our prior appliance. I was skeptical of the freezer on the bottom but my husband talked me into. So far, we love this applicance! It is so much easier to sort and find items in the freezer! Plus everything fits! The refrigerator portion is wide open so you can clearly see the contents. I wanted water and ice in the door and it works better than our prior appliance. We have had it about a month and I love it so far.

Hit all the buttons for us. Size, style, functionality. Never owned a Bosch appliance (good experience with their tools) but after purchasing this fridge, I'll be looking at their products first in the future.
